Thursday 18 – 6:00 PM “Curating Heroic Fantasy Anthologies.” A journey into the world of heroic fantasy, among Celtic myths, legendary swords and fantastic creatures. Fabio Calabrese shares his experience as a writer and editor of fantasy anthologies, revealing how stories and narrative universes are created. A meeting between literature, imagination and passion for the fantastic. At the Stone Circle.

Friday 19 – 6:00 PM “Neo-Paganism.” An experiential meeting dedicated to Archeotheism, combining theoretical teachings, practice and moments of interaction with the audience. Moreno Gherlizza, author of two books on the subject, will guide participants in discovering the spiritual roots of neopaganism and their meaning in the contemporary world. At the Stone Circle.

Saturday 20 – 6:00 PM Between the secrets of Rennes-le-Château and the legends of the Priory of Sion, a journey through symbols that span centuries and manuscripts. Francesca Valentina Salcioli presents her latest book, following “The Codes of ArcaDia” between Tarot and The Red Serpent. A meeting between history, enigmas and esoteric interpretations. Presentation of the author’s latest book. At the Stone Circle.


Sunday 21 – 5:00 PM “Yoga Litha.” An inclusive gathering where everyone present can take part. Please bring a mat or cloth to sit on the ground. With Paola Turelli, teacher at the Olimpic Club Bruno Fabris of Trieste and Priestess of the Goddess according to the teachings of Kathy Jones, who will present a dynamic hatha yoga practice inspired by Litha, one of the eight sacred festivals of the Celtic Wheel of the Year, and by the energies that accompany the period of the Summer Solstice. At the Stone Circle.

 

Sunday 21 – 6:30 PM “Helughèa.” Meet the author. Presentation of the trilogy of fantasy, musical and spiritual novels written by Arthuan Rebis. A journey through myth, nature and ancient spirit, in which the author – singer and multi-instrumentalist – will guide the audience through his novels, inspired by symbolism, ancestral traditions and epic visions. A narrative world in which legend and spirituality intertwine, evoking archaic atmospheres and mythic imagery. At the Stone Circle.
In the evening Arthuan will also perform on the festival stage with his band “Faerium” – Fantasy Mythomagical Trio.

Monday 22 – 6:00 PM Experiential meeting and presentation of Emiliana Brero’s second book, “Selin and the Order of the Dragon.” Continuing the story of the first book, a storm shakes the Temple of Avalon. Selin, the new High Priestess, seeks an answer in the Well of Visions. What the waters reveal to her is a message for the new generation, to whom she will entrust the key to restoring balance in the cycle of the Seasons. At the end of the meeting, Emiliana will lead an immersive meditation in the vibrant world of the Goddesses, accompanied by visualisations and chants.

Monday 22 – 10:45 PM Workshop “The Kilt: history, curiosities and how to wear it.” An interactive and engaging conference about one of the most iconic garments in history. Participants will be able to take part in dressing the different types of kilt and discover the amusing curiosities hidden beneath the folds of this symbol of Irish Celtic culture. Organized by the historical artisan tailoring “La Bottega di Lugh.” Participants are advised to bring a mat or blanket to sit on the ground. In the historical field under the great oak tree.

Tuesday 23 – 5:00 PM “The Witches and the Benandanti of the Borderlands.” Presentation of the new essay by Nataša Cvijanović dedicated to the mysterious Benandanti, figures of spiritual and folk tradition preserved in the memory of the territory between Friuli, Slovenia and Croatia. A journey through history, folklore and ancient beliefs discovering a cultural heritage of the borderlands. The author, writer and independent researcher, has written numerous books investigating myths and beliefs of the region. At the Stone Circle.

Tuesday 23 – 10:45 PM Workshop “Celtic Fashion.” Interactive conference on the history of this ancient people, inventors of several garments that we still wear today. Participants will be able to try on and closely observe reproductions of clothing from 2500 years ago. Organized by the historical artisan tailoring “La Bottega di Lugh.” It is recommended to bring a mat or blanket to sit on the ground. In the historical field under the great oak tree.

Wednesday 24 – 6:00 PM “Ancient Stories of the Celts.” With Veya, storyteller of the A.S.D. Trieste Historical Fencing Association. Event for children aged 5 and up. At the Stone Circle.

Thursday 25 – 6:30 PM “The Celts in Friuli Venezia Giulia – History, customs and traditions of the ancient Celtic people in our regions.” With Massimo Cenni from the cultural association Aes Torkoi. At the Stone Circle.

Friday 26 – 6:00 PM “The Celtic World at the Origins of European Civilization.” A journey “against the current” to the roots of Europe: megaliths, sacred astronomy, ancient trade routes and forgotten knowledge. Fabio Calabrese proposes an alternative interpretation of the origins of European civilization, placing the Celtic world at the centre of a history far older than what textbooks tell us. At the Stone Circle.

Saturday 27 – 5:30 PM “Giocobolla.” Interactive meeting with a fun and educational activity designed to encourage hand-eye coordination, inclusion and fine motor movement. In this active workshop, children will have the opportunity to discover the magical world of soap bubbles, learning to create them with their hands and with small special tools, while being amazed by their shapes and sizes. They will learn to make bubbles of different sizes, from tiny spheres to giant circles, experimenting with different tools and techniques to create ever more surprising bubbles. Each participant will learn how to build their own personal tool to take home.
Maximum 20 children. €10.00 per person. With Strega Sibilla of FireTales, in the woods at the Stone Circle. Bookings at the infopoint and access with a coloured paper wristband.

Sunday 28 – 6:30 PM “The Religion of the Celts.” Conference focused on the cults, rites, priests and deities worshipped by the ancient Celtic populations, with particular attention to those present in the ancient territory of Friuli Venezia Giulia and neighbouring areas. Conference with Massimo Cenni from the cultural association Torkoi. At the Stone Circle.
