Free event.
Muse del Diavolo
Friday, June 19th
Marconi Square - Muggia 11:30 a.m.
In collaboration with the Municipality of Muggia, a project partner, the second stage of the tour returns to being musical.
In the central square of the colorful town,
The Muse del Diavolo will perform for about twenty minutes in a street formation, with a performance of drums, bagpipes and tribal dance.
The band, which hails from Lazio and has already performed in Muggia in the past and on the Triskell stage the previous evening, is dedicated to the rediscovery of archaic Italian sounds, and focuses on the bagpipe (the "Musa") and percussion.
Their repertoire evokes medieval sounds considered "forbidden" and "cursed", accompanied by hypnotic dances and zoomorphic masks (devils, wolves), which evoke profane rites and primordial instinct.

Irish dance show
Saturday, August 1st
Giuseppe Verdi Square 9:00 PM
The seventh Itinerant stage is part of the "Trieste Estate" festival, organized by the Municipality, co-organizer and partner of the Festival, which, for the occasion, brings an Irish dance show with the Gens d'Ys Academy to the heart of the city in Piazza Verdi.
The Academy has enjoyed the patronage of the Irish Embassy in Italy for many years, of various successive Ministries over the years, and, since 2011, of the Irish National Tourist Board, for which it is an Official Ambassador. It also collaborates with the new Consulate General of Ireland in Milan. They have 40 Irish dance schools in Italy.
Their shows are among the most anticipated and popular events at the Triskell, and for this reason they were deliberately held in the city, to also excite the audience in the square. Free event.
Cabaret Mitomagico
Thursday, August 13th
Sartorio Museum 9:00 PM
"Labyrinth of Dreams and Enchantments."
The eighth event in the Trieste City Council's "Trieste Estate" program. The narrative in verse unfolds through Nordic myths, medieval legends, Renaissance cemetery ballads, Fautism, fairy worlds, philosophical reflections between the sublime and the ironic, the fairytale and the grotesque, with more references to Shakespeare, Tolkien, Carmelo Bene, Yeats, the Greek tragedians, the Tibetan masters, the surrealists, Lynch, Jodorowsky and Brel.
The show presents several levels, combining classical and popular magic, between play and catharsis, poetry and live music. Tickets are available at TicketPoint.

Celtic Pixie
Sunday, August 30th
Piazza Vittoria in Gorizia at 7:30 p.m.
The group offers a repertoire of folk music from the so-called "Celtic area" (Ireland, Brittany, Scotland, and Galicia), using acoustic instruments to best preserve the most authentic and popular sounds. The sound is made even more energetic and compact by the support of the drums.
Active since 2012, the band has performed numerous concerts in a variety of settings, as well as at national and international folk festivals, and has released three albums. Thanks to their long-standing collaboration with the Etnos association of Gorizia, the ninth and final Triskell Itinerante event will close the 54th edition of the World Folklore Festival, held in Piazza Vittoria in Gorizia.
Taking the stage at Etnos will be Pordenone-based Celtic Pixie, who will bring joy with their lively melodies typical of traditional Celtic and Irish folk. The event is free.
